  I'm posting on behalf of my wife who was told by CHD that b/c she missed her appointment, they would not see her anymore...My wife made a mistake (go figure, humans making mistakes) and thought her appointment was the next day when in fact it was the day of, she entered the incorrect date in her calendar. I don't have a business degree, but with today's economy, not sure turning away customers is the way to generate revenue. I can understand if my wife had scheduled & just ignored the appointment, but she called to confirm it (that's when CHD told her they couldn't see her anymore) so this proves she was coming to the appointment. Anyhow, my wife did find another place that doesn't turn away customers, but CHD here's some food for thought: when someone has a good customer experience, they tell about 10 people about it, but when they have a bad customer experience, they tell 100 people!!!
